The weatherstrip is a problem there. Look at it sticking out all over the place. Wrong piece or it’s installed wrong. That’s the first problem.

The rear glass comes up and forward at the same time. Looks like it’s stopped before it’s up, because the two trim pieces are not parallel yet. But it’s already too far forward compared to the door glass at the base of the glass. Are both stainless pieces installed all the way on the glass?

the weatherstrip is taking up the space where the door glass goes.

1966 and 1967 quarter glass mechanisms are totally different so look in the correct year factory service manual for adjustments.

I tried to respond to you they private message your in box is full. I checked gasket according to old one reminding my self the outer stainless trim absent calling metro, stainless is installed correctly. The in and out on 1/4 glass baffles me tried multiple axis adjustments. Will revisit, side glass is ok it’s all in 1/4 glass have dam and your spot on about differences

A small part of the issue is that the outer lip of the weatherstripping should fold inward on top of the glass to seal - for both the rear quarter and the door. I had to sort of train my rear quarter weatherstripping by rolling the window up to almost the top, and work the lip in over the top of the glass with a pop cycle stick as I slowly rolled it up the rest of the way. Then let it sit a few weeks and the rubber should be trained. The front door window is easier as the glass stop should be just slightly above the outer lip with the door slightly open (maybe 1/8 or so - have to experiment) so the glass catches the lip and folds it inward. For track adjustments the FSM is the best reference and your own inspection as to how the tracks and stops can be moved.

That weatherstrip is a piece of ****. Remove it from the car.

your quarter glass is in the correct place in and out. The door glass is out at the top. Do you have to slam the door to get it to shut, or did you adjust the door glass out to fit like that?

Here is a photo of how the glass should fit.

see where the glass is In/out to the stainless channel? Doesn’t look like yours at all.
