The pit lane pic referred to is in post #12. The gas cap being on the right side makes me think this pic is from the 1970 Riverside race, usually the first race of the season. Window nets were not mandatory until after Richard's flip at Darlington in the Rebel 400 (spring Darlington race) which would have been several races after the January Riverside race. Sidewindows were optional at least through the 69 and part of the 70 seasons on the longer tracks.So your pit lane road race pic shows a jack point rear of mid-point, indicating a rear weight bias?
