Balling as I write this. Our family will be losing our Blue tick Heeler Panda today. She would be 13 on August 1st. Our furry daughter is 2 time cancer survivor with a surgery to remove a tumor at 5 then again around 7-8 but this time there was nothing we can do. She fought hard and will be greatly missed. Our whole family is devastated. If love could have saved her she would have lived forever. RIP Panda the pain and suffering will be all ours now.

So, so sorry to hear/see that...
you & yours have my deepest & heartfelt condolences
yeah I've been thru something like that, like 7 times now
all my labs 5 of them, all males
I'm on my 6th Lab now, Baron, named after my childhood dog
(
Flash & Baron like 14 years, as a kid, really my dad's dogs, but followed me everywhere),
(
Duke almost 15, got him as a 20 something, testicular cancer, he died after I got him neutered)
(
2 since I moved to Sonora 20 years ago, Buddy 16 got him from Lisa, when Duke died
that was a really hard loss & then Elvis 9 last July, he was way too young, liver cancer,
it hit my dad really hard)
they have been the hardest loss for me, most were, they just got old
(
my other 2 dogs a male Alfred & female Baby, both American Staffordshire's,
they died within days of each other, don't know what, at like 12-10, when I was living in Alaska)
& it never gets any easier either...
I well up, when I even think about it...
Literally my best buddies, my loyal loving companions, & family
after I swore I won't get another, but fall in love with some puppy
& do it all over again....
I just miss them, try & remember all the great times too...
RIP Panda, you were loved & missed
