Check out this crap. This guy is selling a couple of items including a VIN plate. Isn't that illegal if not I feel sorry for the person that is going to get fooled into buying a not so Roadrunner when someone puts that on. Some people just piss me off.

I,m afraid is legal...He has the vin numbers but no pink slip to go with it so really it,s just a piece of metal with no title...

It would be legal also with a title as long the ad states being sold for display purposes only.

Yeah that's kinda messed up. Just like those people giving you beer or food for free if you buy a rock for 2-5 bucks at the flee market. Just to get around laws. Although I'm watching this I could use the other things.

if you have a vin there are ways to get a title or he could have the title and vin but no car. I have seen people sell titles with vin but do not addvertise.
Hell in 64 or 65 i bought a title for a 57 plymouth plaza, 426wedge, 727,sleeper. Can you see a 57 plymouth pulling up to a light next to a GTO or Chevelle and smokin his ***!

I have stuff for my shop wall when its done lol. A 73 amc javelin vin and finder tag and a 69 charger vin and finder tag. Imo if your going to sale it as a wall hanger atlest there should be a number or a letter stamped out. Here in arkansas all you need is inc and a bil of sale to get a title.
