So do you sit the pressure under load or at idle. Guessing this would depend on the type pump and regulator being used.

Think square inches of filter and cubic inches of air. If its pumping in more air it can not be running rich.
The bowl cover also needs to be checked. Any warpage will cause a vacuum leak that can be internal and hard to find.

If the fuel tank is collapsing the gas cap is not vented plan and simple.

Done a few. Biggest challenge with the TQ is its two stage kick. First is vacuum. The second mechanical is in heat coil. Mine is setup to where...
