FOR SALE 1968 1969 wood wheel horn retainer and Steering wheel cap

Dodge had it just like the 70 poverty caps. I seem to remember trying to remove it from my cap but it would not budge. Do they make a Repop?

    6 Pack Plug Fouling Problem

Correct, the old school method is just that. I have a Snapon adaptor for PVs. Should hold the rated vac for at least 30 sec. Had one a week ago that the diaphram was going south. Was wet on the chamber side also.

    6 Pack Plug Fouling Problem

First thing to check is float level. The gasket looks kind of funky, offset and looks like kind of an eyebrow on the bottom pic. Are the gaskets directional? I would not be happy with it.

    65 Belvedere column shift linkage

What ever route you go save the old parts, those cables are getting hard to find. The column will need a different shift bowl or just remove the arm. Sounds like originality is not a concern.

Anyone care to weigh in on an old school build?

I think a 2.14 is about as big as you can go on stock heads. Have them on my 906s.

Check with Ricksmopars on Ebay. He has the kits with the self adjuster hardware for 10&11 inch brakes.

    A-833 reassembly question

This is the Tail Shaft you are talking about not the 4th gear input. A snap ring plier to spread the ring and then just pop the shaft in and the ring should seat and hold everything together. O Reillys has the tool Cheap.

727 Transmission 69 GTX Shift Kit

Dave6T4 is spot on with the PTKD. It added to my 68 but it was not the original trans. Maybe a convertor change is in the cards too.

Anyone care to weigh in on an old school build?

If It ran good then it should run good after a refresh. At 11.5 with an iron head you will need race fuel to get the most out of it though. What did Dad used to run? Pics would be nice of the old Girl, before and after tear down please.

    OIL LOSS FROM 383 MOTOR

Looks like some one got a bit happy with a die grinder/ gasket matching. The paper gaskets should do the trick sealing it up. Nice detail on the engine.
