No. Fender tag stamped 30..... 56. Which was a 273-V8, auto, heater delet.

I'm running them on a 470 with Edelbrock RPM heads. No problems. Only issue was push rod length and a call to Manton fixed that.
I believe the Mancini rockers are re-badged Harland-Sharp. Not the full roller.
Double check push rod length.
