What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Went over to the local Pick-N-Pull wrecking yard that's having a 40% off, Memorial day sale. Got the lower control arms off a 67 Valiant that got put out in one of the Chrysler rows, yesterday. This old man hasn't been under, sides, of a car in the wrecking yard, in probably 4+ years time. I...

South Korea's F-4 Phantoms Final Flight. For All Us Military Aircraft Enthusiasts.

When Zweibrucken Air Base in Germany, closed down back in 1991, the Phantoms were reassigned, to Bergstrom Air Base in Texas. They stayed there until the Air Force deactivated all the Phantoms out of service. Went into the aircraft bone yard in Arizona, where it stayed for a couple of years. I...

South Korea's F-4 Phantoms Final Flight. For All Us Military Aircraft Enthusiasts.

Found this on the You Tube internet. I'm an old Air Force crew chief, aircraft mechanic, on the RF-4C models, during my years at the Zweibrucken, Germany, US Air Force Base back in 1974-76. One day, walking out on the flight line, i was told Chief Saint needs to see you in the line shack office...

    Don’t ship with USPS!

I mean, seriously, how the heck are you going to stop using the USPS, when sending something out? For lots of things, in their small, medium, large, flat rate box's, it's the only way to go, price wise. Every shipper out there wither it's the USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, are all going to have...

Something you should know about hospital bills!

Looking back on my past medical "issues" prostate cancer surgery, and a heart valve replacement, i often wonder what the VA has paid out to civilian hospitals, where the work was performed? I'm a military, Air Force veteran, so my health care doesn't cost me a penny, out of my pocketbook. Glad...
