Whichever gasket you use will need a coat of RTV on both sides or they will most likely never seal. That is with iron heads and tin valve covers. I use cheap cork gaskets now with a coat of RTV on both sides. Don't over tighten and they seal up every time.

When I get back in town in a couple weeks I can go look at it and offer $20000. Makes your $25 look much better.

That car is not far from me but I have never seen it. Paint looks faded like a true desert car. Probably no rust anywhere if it is a true desert car.

I wonder if some one removed them in the past? Or may be an early build that did not come with them?

My 69 RR Convertible does not have headrests on the bucket seats. Most I have found online do have headrests. But some do not. Which is factory correct?

Where did you mount the main module? I hope to put it behind the cluster somewhere.

Thanks for the heads up. I looked at the install instructions online, for me it looks pretty easy, wiring has been my thing for ever. I have the gear shift indicator accessory coming, and they make another accessory that lets you add additional gauges. I need to see if it can do trans temp.
