    To reduce the stumble increase the ignition timing to 17 degrees take notes on how it works and then try 19 degrees (with the vacuum advance hooked up and plugged) Adjust the idle speed back to 750 rpm

    I opened up the ports on my original exhaust manifolds to the same size as the exhaust ports on the heads for a smooth transition. My M1 dual plane (stealth) intake manifold also looks original.

    Did you try the propane in between the intake manifold and the cylinder head right where the intake ports are located? Maybe there is some extra paint there.

    You can use a 180 or the 195 which is the original thermostat. Original rad cap is 16lbs. 2 row rad is original 3 row gets close to the fan blades.
