    Not to get " off topic" but plastic fuel filters are the #1 cause of engine fires, especially when banging around.. . But of course, it's up to you to change or not

    If no power, trace it back through the bulkhead, and to the switch, make sure you have 12v at the switch where needed per the wiring diagram

    Do you got full 12 v to the starter relay from the switch when cranking? ( Testing at the relay) I don't remember the color

    I had the same, I ran a front pv, then plugged the rear, and went up a few sizes. I never tried no front pv.

    Interesting, that's actually low. I'd guess you've got a hanging up float, bad needle seat, or possibly warped upper part of the carb ( I've seen that on a afb)
