Pull the hubs , remove seal , bearings, grease, ect. Clean and dry.
Now on the back side of the hub grind off the head of each stud.
Take 2 blocks of wood to support the hub. Take a punch and hammer.
Drive the studs out the front.
New studs can be pressed in or if you do not have a press use a...
Just curious, how do the rotors and pads check out ?
We have seen 2 different pad thickness in the same box.
But no , I have not measured any piston length.
I bought and installed a set of bolt ins from summit can't recall the brand name.
After install I ran a couple beads on each end both sides just because.
the weld to the floor are better I was just lazy and didn't want to pull the seats, carpet and sound mats.
I am happy with mine they did...
I have allways bought shocks through napa and had no complaints.
My son in law bought a set of kyb s on line and one bushing mount busted off in the 1st couple miles of driving.
Pulled the others off , he is getting a refund but has to ship them back.
I see Ed put the link up for you. ( thanks Ed) .
One thing I will add is prices and parts availability have been changing.
I did my swap last Jan.
Also my 67s manual master cyl has worked fine, good feel to the pedal. Another member pointed out the fact that the 67 master does have a smaller...
Like Ed posted there are several threads on disc conversion.
The one I used is the non power , re use your spindles, (scare bird) set up.
The manual, non power has not been a problem at all. I'm happy with the set up and would do it again.
You can spend a few hundred or a few thousand.
Its in the center , its the spacer that the axle ends bump up to so you can set your end play on your bearings.
If someone has knocked the roll pin out and pulled the spacers / buttons to run the green bearings you will have to do the same.
Without the button its not possible to set end play on...
If your looking in person.
Grab the ring and yoke , ck for play.
Look at the wear pattern on the gears,
Make sure the axle spacer button is inside.
Small yoke us good, prob from a lower horse power car, truck.
Drums turned, new shoes , good cylinders, little lube at contact areas.
New or like new hoses.
After that it comes down to checking the scrub pattern on the new shoes.
I seen my dad years ago sanding new shoes to fit the drums.
Sorry to miss lead you or anyone Ed, I re read this thread from post #1 and did not find any referance by me on a b body specific artical. I did mention the older (2016 ) mopar action artical on Scarebird that just referanced our b body cars in the artical of the van disc swap. I have to get it...
Ed here is a allpar link that he did a article for https://www.allpar.com/threads/disc-o-tech-stop-on-a-dime.237038/
Also he has a real good master cyl. Section in the Feb. Mopar Action. Plus the article on the( forward look ) models conversion.
The article that he did that got me to email...

Perhaps I did get lucky on the fast shipping of my scarebird parts. I did not know that their stock was low since mine showed up fast.
They have been great folks to deal with. My only contact was through email.
As far a the install of the kit / set up mine went smooth and seem to work well with...
No, that's all the bolts for the calipers , just 2 per.
You will end up with some extra copper washers , you will get a set with the hoses and scarebird sends some also.
Like mopared posted I did just do a front disc conversion, I used the Scarebird system. That set up makes use of a 10.5 rotor and my 14" steel wheels fit fine.
