Ever get their white letter tires to stay white or are the new ones still turning brown ?

They will never look new again unless you are willing to spend many hrs on them. I'm not a big fan of them ethire, but hell I run black steel lol. If you like them polish them up a little and stick them on the car.

15s have a better selection for tire sizes. 14s though still seem to have a pretty decent amount of new tires available. 60s 70s 75s. Hard to tell the difference on a car unless you go read the side wall. I would keep the 14s, some of stock look restorations still run hub caps. Lol, I just...

When wheel shopping if your looking at used road wheels aka magnum 500s pay close attention to the lug holes. Make sure they are not worn out from years, and over tightening. Without your hub centered worn lug holes will make the wheel near impossible to mount and balance straight.l...

Talk to some circle track guys, One of them will point you to a welder that will move your center to the back space you need. Repaint and balance .

Heck , 14 , 15 , going down the street good luck telling the difference. Even walking up to a car your going to have to read the side wall to tell. True the tire selection is better for 15s .

If you want to get it rolling you could run 15x7 all around. Once the 8s are available get a pair . Sell one pair of the 7s and get part of your $ back.

those wheels will use the round washer , as far as lug nuts you will have to measure how thick the wheel is at the lug hole and the hole dia. you will want the shank of the lug nut to contact as many threads as possible without bottoming out on the drum or stud base. Old aluminum mags are cool...
