It’s just a hot rod, painted it myself in the garage. I built it to hammer, it’s funner to pound on than look at. But thank you for the compliments, greatly appreciated !
Went to the Yark Mopar Blast Sunday in Toledo. First show I’ve went to this year. Just wanted to hang out with some friends, never expected to win anything as there were cars in the class “modified 66-69” that were much nicer than mine. I’ll take it though!
The wood grips come loose on my first one. Luckfuly I bought from BE&A. Same wheel as the PG. he swapped it out without issue. I traded the car so not sire how the second one held up.
Clones don’t bother me when people don’t pass them off as real. I see a lot of people calling their 318 satellites roadrunners. Then I look at the vin and call BS. Sorry, roadrunners are special cars that came with limited engine options, better drivelies, better suspension, etc. sure you can...
I run filters before and after on both my cars with electric pumps. I don't run real fine ones though In front of the pumps, just something to catch larger debris and protect the pump. I also have that same sump on my dart, I'll post a picture later.

Jesus, this thread has took a turn. Engine builders that don't have to think? Wtf.. A real engine builder prefers to machine his own parts, or at least has the knowledge to do so. My worst nightmare is a box of **** a random machine shop has already machined that I have to assemble.
Some very good opinions and experience in the replies. I put the hellcat in the same league as an 03-04 terminator cobra. The market was saturated for a bit when they were first made but the clean examples quickly dried up and they never really depreciated in value (unlike my 02 GT) I still have...
maybe this long *** winter is wearing on me, or it is time for a change. really been thinking a lot about de-tuning the RR. may put it back to a mild 440 4 barrel, put the 5 speed back in, 8 3/4, and send it on its way. really digging on the new hellcats. I'm seeing some decent prices on the...
