    Soak window regulators?

It's been too many years but I edited my post. It's the felt half of velcro material. It comes in many sizes. The thickness is the most important thing. (Listed in my thread) Go back a half a dozen pages for more info on windows. I didn't install the channel felt till later in the game.

Door Seal too thick, door VERY hard to close.

I've been hearing it on here for quite some time about them being too heavy. Then some don't have any problems like in the link I posted. Looked like Metro was a favorite. My original ones were good enough so I have no experience with them. Joe will make it right if you weren't satisfied.

SMS bought everyone out. Maybe someone might be sitting on some. Older upholstery shops might have some older material in stock that might be a close match. Legendary? Legendary Auto Interiors | Factory-Correct and Custom Car Interiors

    Trunk Mats

Many vendors handle them. I'm thinking SMS and REM makes them. You want the heavy rubber mat. The thin ones are cheaper but you get what you pay for.

    Interior Assembly

@VANDAN Just a thought. I'm thinking you would install the rear glass and seal using a string, pulling it on the inside to seat the seal. If that's how it's done then it would be wise to install the glass first so pulling the string wouldn't scar up the deck board. Or does the string get...

    Interior Assembly

Don't know how close the '62 is. My glass was in when I installed mine. The board sits under the window seal. The jute wasn't glued as far as I could tell. You could use just a little spray adhesive in a couple spots just to keep it in place. I didn't because the board has two buttons in the...

    Carpet

Yep, it's a manual pump for the windshield washer. You can see the rubber "bellows" type pump. The switch triggers the wiper motor. The washer fluid is in a bag on the inner fender which more or less is a gravity flow to the pump.

Looks good to me. Most post I've seen on here about this very subject it doesn't always work out there. I cut the jute out also so it has a solid seat for the pedal.

    Carpet

If you have a four speed without a console to hide the hole, you're limited to how much you can adjust the carpet. I split the difference... If you get their floor mats, which I think are nice and not too expensive, no one will see the location of the pedal. ACC is the only one out there...
