    By "inspection port" are you referring to the alignment cam access on the inner fender? I do not know what type of suspension you are using but, if OEM adjustment cams are being used, access to the cams is necessary. Is a filter being placed inside the air box?     I believe I have finished the engine install in my 65 Belvedere. This is the 540 Indy I had Muscle Motors build for me. Picked it up in 2016 and will fire it this summer. It was dynoed before I brought it home. It weighs 420# complete! I think it looks pretty good but, I'm biased. Mike
