That car should have a divorced choke carburetor. That's not even a Mopar carb. The two ports you show are clean air (top) and warmed clean air (bottom). The air would have been routed through a small exhaust heat exchanger. The choke looks to have a heating coil too. Mike

You could drill a small hole in the unused area of the sender plate, enlarge the hole with a tapered punch, and solder in a steel return line. Aim the new line away from the float. Mike

I can only assume this is only for appearances. A good single 4 barrel manifold will make more power. Mike

Check the carb to carb clearance. The manifold would have to have been designed to mount Holleys to have enough clearance for Holley float bowls. Few were. Mike
