Many hobby shops sell a plastic chrome spray paint , hobby lobby ect. Mabey look on their web sight.
If I recall (Testers) the brand of model car paints used to sell a chrome look paint that would or should stand up for interior use.
Laugh or not ,but turtle wax sells a chrome polish that works great for fine rust removal. Try it with a shop rag 1st. If you need a little more work, The finest grade of steel wool you can find.
To add a center rear belt you need to plate the under side of the pan with the plate welded in...
The front to back outer holes near the sill on 67 is the same bucket or bench.
The inner locations should have a indent in the pan like mentioned above you can see them from the bottom of the pan
My 67 had had those also.
I am pretty sure I have a ( tooth bracket ) set from a 66 coronet 2 dr post car.
If you can get any use from them you can have them for the shipping cost.

Hi Gary, the reason I brought up the arm rest length is the panels will have arm rest mount holes aprox 1/2" dia . Punched in the door panel.
I was not sure if a 9" arm rest will cover the hole spread for a 13" arm rest.
I think the rear panels for a convert will sit out away from the side a...
Just seen this post.
Gary the only differeance is in the arm rest length, the 500s and R/Ts use longer arm rest than the 440 models.
I think the 440 is a 9 " and the 500s are 12 or 13".

Prob redo the center inserts on the back seat to match the fronts.
Console is loose just sitting in there. May have to get a couple seams on it ?
I just got this set and installed them in my 67.
Manual slide , SAE 5/16 mount studs , swap meet find so no real info on them.
Trying to ID them to locate simular upholstery pattern to do the rear seat.
