    Aluminum Water Neck misshap

No problem here. I had originally used a Billet housing and it warped in no time. Started a thread on here and member @Cranky sent me a used oem part # 2780970 and its still doing good after almost five years. A must use sealant. Follow the instructions to the letter. Post in thread...

2000 dakota, dead carcass? In my a/c blower help!

I had a mouse build a nest in my 05 Sebring heater box. Same thing, it vibrated when on high. I was lucky enough to get a vacuum cleaner hose down a vent and got it out. Pesky Varmints!

2000 dakota, dead carcass? In my a/c blower help!

Then it's like this one. If you can get the cover off then you can clean the fins. Camera is a little shaky in the vid but you can see what it takes to do it.

    Buying radiator ASAP

Should be a 22". Watch which rad you're looking at. They have two 22" one being the small block, one being the big block. It's the coolant inlet/outlet location that's different between them. This is the BB one... 22" Mopar BIG BLOCK HD Aluminum Radiator

    Buying radiator ASAP

I just got laid off from my job working in a fabrication shop and didn't have access to a heliarc welder so I had another fabrication shop make it for me. I just drew up what I needed.

    Buying radiator ASAP

If the factory 22" fits the ECP will work. For some reason the lower passenger side bolt hole location was off but it was an easy fix. Other than that I'm sold on the two, one inch tube radiator.

Aluminum radiators and the elusive 1963 dodge 330, 440 and Polara....

For what I can tell @MIKESPOLARA summed it up. I believe my old '62 had a '65 radiator in it when I first bought it. A lot of aftermarket manufacturers and vendors don't have enough info on the '62s and '63s to know what fits what. I went through numerous searches when looking for parts. Some...

    Buying radiator ASAP

I've been running one in my '62 with a 440. Behaves like a cooling system should. Proper fan, fan location and shroud is key IMO.

    Best water pump?

I have no experience with the FlowKooler, I used a stock eight finned pump. Moves lots of coolant, never had an overheating problem on my 440.

440 Engine in a 1962 Fury and which radiator is recommended

These are the measurements of the one I posted. SKU: RAD-2375S You might have to change your water pump housing to accommodate. They have housings with both side outlets.

More than likely to hold that wire in place. I'll go through my pics.

    Noisy heater valve

Should be a couple of threads on here about which hose goes where. Maybe even in a factory service manual. Good Luck!

    Noisy heater valve

First I've ever heard of this happening and I've been around cars for quite some time. I've never seen anyone post this problem on here either. If it was house plumbing I'd say it was air in the line. Like stated above double check the in and out direction.
