Which website would I have a good chance of finding vintage photos of a specific race car from the New York region?

If you want to get Al's attention use the "at sign" in front of his screen name. Goes with any member. @HEMI-ITIS I know that car from somewhere "The Bakers Special".

    Finally got to drag race!

If you can't go around the water box and go through it, you'll have to spin dry them. :) Always fun trying to get back at it after a long hiatus.

    Story of the "BLACK GHOST"

His dad's actual words were "Don't give it away". You could take that as "Get yourself a good chunk of change for it if you have to sell it." This video is two years old. Looks like the old Hemi needs a set of rings...

    Line lock- on rear brakes?

My guess is they're using line lock after staging so they don't roll. Idk

    Line lock- on rear brakes?

I have seen a car leave with the front wheels up and when it lands the front wheels were still locked. I've seen this a couple of times in the past. Driver error or mechanical failure?

    Line lock- on rear brakes?

The reason for locking the front brakes is so you don't have to hold the brake pedal.

    oil pan leak

Superformance. Mancini has them. It won't squeeze out. 1/8 bead of Permatex Gasket maker. Lightly snug then wait 12 hrs for final torque. Or use Permatex "The Right Stuff" and use right away.

You're really finding a few things just before they did some real damage! Someone's looking over you. You shouldn't be so hard on that car!

Frankenvan - the 10 second Van taking New Zealand dragstrips by storm

Or just daily driving. I had a '65 Ford long van back in the day and a head wind would really slow you down. A cross wind was like driving a bill board down the road. It was similar to this one... The van in the last video is probably running 10's if he would get it down the 1/4 straight and...
