Didn't see a thread for Carlisle this year. Who is coming out? I've been going many years, but this is first year with B-body. Bringing my 66 and registered with FBBO. 1. Daytrepper 2. 3. 4.

Threw her in the trailer the other day for the hell of it. Main reason; I've been towing with frame straps/chains for years wanted to go to wheel straps. Worked out fine, everything fit. Test hauled for a bit, no worries. Wanted to make sure it would all fit and work and not find out something...

NLGI 2 is the grade normally used on wheel bearings automotive wise. NLGI 3 is heavier, I wouldnt recommend it for wheel bearings, it's a bit much, and will not flow as well. It is a heavier pressure grease; larger, heavy duty bearings--heavy truck etc, good, fifth wheel plates, etc, good.

Nice original rear window switch bezel for 66 ish B body wagons. Not easy to find. Make offer.

Might be the storms LOL. I've been to several Carlisles over the years where we had to nix the tent during the show because of severe storms. All my years going otherwise we packed up the canopy every night and setup next morning.

Done some tuning, a few misc things, installed the new convertible boot and snaps today, really cleans her up. Just about ready for Carlisle.

Same question as the OP; I've been to Carlisle many times but this is first time with a trailer. I always drove up to Carlisle in whatever I was putting in the show; but that's no longer an option. LOL. I reserved a space to park the trailer. We're staying in a house just north of Carlisle...

Yep, you read that right, free to good home. Just pay shipping. Two Flowmaster 952546 Super 40 mufflers. 2.5" Offset Inlet, Center Outlet. They were on the car maybe 20 miles. They were damaged a bit when removed. The bodies are dented on one side, and had to cut a slot in the outlet pipes...
