Complete, other than trimming out outlets, attic, hanging fans, and door tracks. I’m happy. Time to work on some cars!

I’m leaning towards OSB for my walls as well. Did you just caulk the seams?

I don’t really think they would work all they well upside down. You would have to screw inside the ribs and you would probably leave a lot of gap between the panel and the insulation on the flats. Not to mention you would really need to space your electrical boxes out from the rafter.

they make interior, I used exterior to get the bright white. It would be much easier to run outlets external. A lot of my barn was already wired though when I moved in so I didn’t change it.

I was concerned about sweating also. I was told by the people that made the panels that with my faced insulation I would be fine. I also keep mine heated though. I have R38 in the ceiling and plan on putting up 6 ceiling fans to keep air circulation,

not sure how finished your shop is already, had I had a clear direction of what I was doing I would have landed all the outlets in the flats. I’ll have to get creative with outlet covers and caulk on some of mine. Be the only thing I would do different.

you should be able to put an upright tank 249 gallon up next to the building. That’s what I did. Anything over that needs to have something around 12 ft or greater from the structure.

do I need the vapor barrier even with faced insulation?

Any one using one in a cold environment that heats their barn? I was considering metal instead of drywall but I’m concerned it could sweat? Any tips or tricks?
