Thanks IMP, really good points. To answer your first question, yes to more street use with some strip capability. I like the M/T ET Street. Just not sure how I feel about the look of having a 12.5" wide rear tire with a 6" wide front tire. Something that is new to me.
I am nearing the end of a two year build on my 74 Roadrunner and after all the work this car should make around 600 HP is the goal.
Currently I have American Racing Torq Thrust II 15" wheels with BFG Radials 225/60/15 on all four corners. This was a more stock setup from before the...
I purchased a brand new fuel tank for my 74 Roadrunner off AMD and no longer need it. I also replaced my trunk pan and the new metal did not have the "hump" required for the 74 fuel tank shape. I ended up going another route so new this brand new tank is for sale.
The info on the tank is as...
FYI for anyone else looking for the Pivot pins, Firm Feel does have some greaseable ones that are made especially for them. They are greaseable to cut down on the squeaking caused by using poly bushings and are the correct 9" long pins for 73 and later b-bodies.
Thanks R/T Boy 67 for the...
That is correct, I need the lowers and I need the sleeves. I believe these bushings will work https://www.energysuspensionparts.com/5.3121?srsltid=AfmBOooEU07KbraXl4MxKjfyzVQEMKvOBrSjZaOrx4sLNO6RMYtZYtpl
But they do not come with the sleeves.

I'm almost done rebuilding the full suspension on my 1974 Roadrunner but have hit a roadblock with the lower control arms. We pulled everything apart, had it all blasted and powder coated, re-assembled all components, but have not been able to find replacement bushings/sleeves for my lower...
Thanks for all the help guys. Luckily I was able to re-thread the damaged threads and still use the original parts. Otherwise all I could locate was someone wanting to sell some old, crusty upper control arm complete assemblies for $700.
I’m rebuilding the suspension on my 1974 roadrunner and ran into an issue locating the correct front control arm shaft.
I have a single shaft that runs through both pivot points on the control arm, but when I search for a replacement I don’t see anything like it that is listed as compatible...
Thanks for all the feedback! I have already bought a 850cfm brawler double pumper with mechanical secondaries per the suggestion of my friend and was hoping it was a good choice. Sounds like it should be the ticket.
I know this is an age old question with a lot of varying opinions, but I am needing help on which direction to take here.
I have been running a 700 cfm Holley carb before pulling the engine for rebuild. The car ran good, but not great. Now as I am restoring the engine and multiple other...
Hey y’all,
I’ve got a 74 roadrunner 440 auto in B5 blue I’ve had since college and am re-doing the entire interior. This car came with a sunroof which is still currently working but, the “chrome” plastic crank handle and housing are in really rough shape. Anyone know where I might find a...
Thank you everyone for all of yall's advise. Iv'e looked over all the resources posted and decided to upgrade to the one wire 130 amp tuff stuff alternator. (Great part and customer service)
I opted for this over power master since no mounting bracket modifications were needed when installing...
Hello fellow mopar buffs,
I have a 1974 Plymouth Roadrunner which I got about 5 years ago and have been working on and enjoying since. I’ve come to an issue recently of not having a powerful enough amp output from my stock alternator. It’s rated at 100 amps, but I have an electric fan I...
