Pressing out a swedged stud may damage the hub splines.

And it wouldn't hurt to make sure those rear drums are adjusted properly.
You might make sure the wheel cylinders are correct as well.
Maybe try a side to side swap see if it follows?
All front end components tight?

Lift cover and seal.
Push coupler dowel pin outward.
Slide coupling off.
Catch all the parts that fall out!

I'd check the diameters of the bars for any nicks that could be potential stress risers.
If they are swedged or peened over and are holding the drum in place you can ruin the knurl spline by hammering the studs out. Drill the head off...
Maybe check the idler arm k-member bolt hole for wear possibly throwing toe in and out?
Do you have the "end caps" on both sides of the bushings? I notice some are sold without these days.

Why not post a few pictures of what you have. Include side, rear, tire-quarter panel relation where interferes, tire-leaf spring clearance.
I lube only the bolt shanks. IMO, Nothing on the cams as I want them stay where set then paint or clear coat.
The raised rear look, tire/wheel clearance, tow leveling, weak spring help, and low cost were all reasons a lot of us used them "back in the day"....
