I have the same setup except 1-7/8" TTI's. My Powermaster starter is the #17519. A decent fit but has been working great for a few years. Call the tech guys at Powermaster, They know their stuff and will call you back.
There is a brown wire that runs from the ballast resistor to the center clip of the bulkhead connector that is probably loose. If that wire disconnects somehow, the car will never run. Check the connection at the ballast resistor and look to see if that brown wire (center of the three clips...
Competition Engineering bars work great. Leave a little gap in them for the street and tighten them up at the strip. Leave the pinion snubber alone or just leave it at about 1" from the floor all the time. MT ET strip SS radials, adjustable drag shocks, SS springs, Dana 354, 833 tranny, 440...
