Early B Body turn signal switch discussion. Shee Mar SM102

I was thinking the same. I need to check if the brake lights both work all the time until I use my turn signal. Got to have brake lights. Turn signals are very important but I can live without them. My car just sits because the lights don't work.

Early B Body turn signal switch discussion. Shee Mar SM102

I feel bad about this whole thing. Finally found the time to change the switch. It went well. Thought the Shee-Mar was fine at first. Discovered the weird rear lights flash position. Shee-Mar was great on the phone but that didn't fix my switch. Tried Dan. He is out. Hard to find OEM...

    a 20 dollar deposit.......

I paid $175 for my 59 Plymouth Fury. $175 for a 53 GMC panel van. $175 for a 53 Chev with a 6 cylinder. All those in 67, and 69. I paid $00 for my 77 Dodge camper van, but managed to spend about $15,000 over the last three years. One tyre is more money than what a vehicle cost a few years ago.

    Evan’s waterless coolant

I am not fond of gauges that say good bad or indifferent. My gauge tells me the temperature in numbers. Most of the time it shows 180, which is where the thermostat opens. Up a hill, or when more work is being done from the engine, it might go to 190. We went to the Arctic ocean with the rad...

    67 Coronet wheel alignment spec

Thanks for all the ideas. Did an alignment last week and gave the shop an average of all your specs. In the end we have .5* camber and 1,8*-2.2* of caster and the major problem was almost 1/4" toe out on both sides, now 1/16-1/8 IN. The steering gear is still a tad loose, but you can now...

    a 20 dollar deposit.......

Back in 1972, I test drove a '68 GTX with a buddy. The seller, a graduating senior at Penn State, told us he was only paying $300 a year for insurance, by reporting it as a Belvedere two door, with a V-8. My friend's dad played it straight, getting a quote on the family policy with the GTX as...

    Silicone Brake Fluid

So, one fluid if spilled requires a repaint and the alternative fluid if spilled prevents a repaint? Interesting  So who out there is spilling all this BF anyway?

    Evan’s waterless coolant

Do not remember why, but someone that I knew had that Evans stuff in his Hemi hot rod. About half way through the Hot Rod Power Tour, he dumped it and went back to regular green antifreeze.
