Incandescent bulbs themselves don’t get dimmer with time. They get dimmer with reduced voltage or due to dirty lenses. If you replace one incandescent bulb with another, I don’t think you’re going to get the results you expect.

some manufacturers do provide their sheet metal parts with e-coat. AMD is one of them.

My 65 Belvedere has been in the family since new and I posted pics above, of the original jack and hook. Nick’s Garage info contradicts my jack. His pictures of a 64 hook are what I have for my 65. I’ll need to clean my hook to see if I can find a part number - right now I don’t see one.

I did my 65 Belvedere 2 years ago with Legendary covers. Definitely watch the videos on Legendary website - very helpful. It does take some hand/finger strength to stretch the different materials over the frames while hog ringing. I think I went thru 700 hog rings to do my front and rear bench...
