I have a pair. I believe they are hooker super comps. They're my friend's headers. The type where one of the tubes is removeable for install. I'm in Akron Ohio. I think he's wanting $200.00 for the pair. I can get pics.

I would expect a humid climate to have some amount of gunk like that especially is some sort of grease were used.
