The front part of this car is in much better shape than the back. It’s as if someone parked this car with the back half exposed to the elements for decades with the front warm and dry. Front rails and crossmember are solid, as is the floor pans, rockers, roof, etc.

I've got most of the new sheet metal I figured I'd need already, just wanted to see what order to tackle this in. I've got new AMD full quarters, spring perches, rails, bumper support etc.

Presumably by "crossmember work" you mean it needs a new one? Looks like a solid enough car that could be great with some TLC but doing a torsion bar crossmember is something I've heard horror stories about.
