i just bought a 440 with a 727 on it. the po knew nothing about except it came in a project he bought. my friend said he thought he saw the truck it was in a few yrs back and it was racing on the track.at the time he said it had a munual shift valve body in it. can i somehow tell from the outside?

i just bought this combo.it was in a 2wd dodge truck. its got a long tailshaft trans and i assume a truck oilpan.its also got 2wd truck headers on it. will this all be compatable to put in my 67 coronet wagon? i know the headers are a longshot but maybe?

my sons pretty excited to hear the am radio work though!

my wagon didnt come with one. it does have the hole though. can i buy one aftermarket or will i need to find an old one? it doesnt have to look perfect and i see universal ones on amazon and ebay for pretty cheap. would one of these look terrible?

thanks is there enough voltage at idle to keep them lit though? i put them in my chevies but the alternator seems to put out more at idle. they dont dim either..if i try they just turn off at some point

i have the 1156 in there now,,the one i took out was a smaller bulb but the socket end was the same.the 1156 i put in is too bright. it looks like my brake lights are on all the time. for some reason i cant access that bulb fitment manual you directed me too. remember this is a wago too.

im not sure of the condition. my dash lights are very dim and get brighter with rpm. can i change them to led bulbs?they seem to just be one brightness and not afffected by rpm.

i fixed some broken wires in my tailgate yesterday and got the 2 lights in the taigate itself working. they are the running lights that come on when the headlight switch is pulled.one bulb was burned out so i replaced it with an 1156(or 1157...whichever has one post) it fit the socket perfectly...
