HI I believe on some the dash light dimmer is on the dash somewhere. the Dimmer also if turned all the way down it automatically turns on the dome light and well stay on until the dimmer is moved off that setting ... you need to find the dash light dimer switch good luck tim

Yes that one wire I took apart that looked crusty but just put it back together ... still going to clean it up.. I think that was it.. took it for a drive it fired up each time right off bang running.. actually felt much better and more powerful smother.. Like its getting more spark.. better...
