I just went through a cam degreeing video from Britney. Link below. With the cam straight up the ICL is at 90, i want 108 asper the cam card. That is 18° retarded. This kind of rings a bell from the first time I did it. I think back then I had to advance the cam 4° to get the 108 ICL. Does that...
Tried to Dip a Fat Cat Into a Vat but he squirmed to much... So I hit him with a Bat and there he Sat... A Fat Cat In a Vat... With a Bat... When he was done I put the Fat Cat on a Mat.... He looked more like a Rat than a Cat...
Hey guys. A new one for me at least.
Doing a LA360 for my son. I started out with a set of Speedmaster heads and matching suggested Proform roller 1.5 rockers from Summit.

Got the housing cleaned and painted Started on pump and the bushing is nicked. Ordered the bushing kit, so will need to wait for it to arrive. The reaction shaft bushing is discolored, but doesn't feel worn/grooved.
I'm not pairing the inside of the bell housing - no one should see that.
67 GTX Hood scoops. They are in good used condition. Most of the studs have been replaced. Nice original scoops. The tabs to mount the chrome bezels are there. 300.00
All the plugs are pulled to clean and hopefully tank the block. Looks like they are depending on you to figure out what needs to go back???
This is damn important.....if the original heads are going back on, make damn sure you understand how the valve gear is oiled, and figure out which head...
Paul that cam has 4* advance ground into it. Straight up would be ICL @112*. With your 500ci and a potentially high compression ratio (did you ever get that figured) I think straight up would be beneficial or you could split the difference at 110.
Edit: I have no experience installing cam on...
