Well... I THOUGHT it was backed out!!! It took half a day and a whole can of PB Blaster (and a rather large breaker bar) but I got it to back out...
Thanks for the advice. I have one for a 65, just been kind of winging it from that. The torsion bar adjustment is, in fact, backed out. I assume...
