The factory 143-tooth is a 6-bolt Wedge flywheel although it is available in the aftermarket in the Hemi 8-bolt configuration. The '66-'69 Hemi wheel was 172-tooth.
The '70-'71 Hemi used the 130-tooth and same aluminum housing and starter as the Wedge.

Everyone is saying "Just install a high-torque mini starter from a Dakota" but then there's cable extensions required and possible fitment issues due to machining...it's not a simple swap, evidently, and the vast number of different starter part numbers sure doesn't standardize things much...
You read about so many people dropping these into all types of big block classic Mopars without any issues. I wonder why a few people have issues.
Since Summit lists the same 1995 starter as Amazon, maybe they could shed some light on where any issues have been.
