I put some recovered Recaro seats in my 68 charger. Eventually want to redo the back seat, but with the change to steering wheel, 5 spd and seats, I think they blend in pretty well.
Maybe the item was not actually in stock at the shop the day you walked in, and they would need to ship it out to you?

This is a Set Of OEM 1967 & Earlier RB Engine Pushrods. They fit the
1958 to 1967 383RB, 413, 426w and 440 engines. They are original, not china
knockoffs. They are in good condition, just need a cleanup. $20.00.

I would think you are way past any solid probationary hiring period. I suspect legal advice here is best. However, if your current employer is on the ropes and motivating them pulling a fast one, there likely may not be much left to receive after a bankruptcy if you pursue legal recourse...
Ahhhh I wish 66 was the same. Looks better than just the round red lens. Also it says brakes so I wouldn't be confused like I am now haha. Thanks for the clarification
About 25 years ago I had a set of dynomax headers on a truck. Came jet hot coated inside and out. Worked well for heat control. Still looked good on top half. Bottom looked rough and rusty after a few winters.
