Exhaust fumes hoses out the shop?

What are you using at the tailpipes to run exhaust fumes out the shop/garage? Is a fan needed to push/suck the fumes out or will the car running be enough to push fumes out? I’m tired of freezing my but off here in WA with the doors and windows open.

Found a new project. Ram D250

Received my trans rebuild parts, including new bands, clutches, and steels. I'm back to work after taking the week off and the temps got cold so my motivation is just not there today to get in and start the trans rebuild. I did get ATF+4 to soak the clutches and Vosoline for assembly lube.
