It is BS to say Carters are sensitive tio fuel pressure. I have run 9 psi at the strip as means of enrichening the mixture, no problems at all. Chart below comes from Carter as you can see: 10 psi. As with any carb, the float level should be set according to the fuel pressure. My loooong...
If you don't mind 295/50s, there are several brands with white letters. Milestar, Venom, Cooper Cobra (would be my choice) BFG, Gripmax, Futura (Cooper brand).
Not sure about 295 60 or 65s with white letters.
Edit: looks like 295/65s are only available as drag radials, without white letters...

Ray, I’m not following when you say you had to install the panel on the inside. What panel is that? From what I’ve seen, the Chargers and Coronets are very similar if not the same, at least in that mechanism. I can DM you as well.
