They make weld on studs, remove the old broken one, and weld in a new one. I just ordered some 1/4" 20 x 3/4" on amazon. I think I bought a hundred of them for about $20. if you search you may be able to find a smaller amount. or just cut a bolt or threaded stud.

Keep in mind that the stickers are very reflective and what you are seeing is reflections not issues!
