The car came to me this way. The bracket was hose-clamped onto the track and the pin was just lying there. I have it in my parts box, somewhere. So if I re-install this correctly, this should give me some "tip out" at the top of the vent wing, it would seem, yes? Looks like...
You might be able to get some information (for a small fee) from the Ohio BMV. I did that some years ago with a 69 Charger I had - contacted the BMV in PA. Worth a shot.
