The day is here, drove all day but got a complete set up all original (yes from a 71 but I like the grilles better) next step will be disassemble and sandblast / paint. And try my luck with the motor but all the linkage wiring and rods are all in place with correct frame mounts. A 20 year dream...

    Odd help

Hey all, finally had some time (and money) and picked up a decent 72 front bumper, no brackets. Re reading what some had mentioned I’m nervous the car has 73/4 bumper brackets, I haven’t put eyes on it yet. I’ve searched high and low for the 71/2 front brackets and can’t seem to find ANYTHING.

    Odd help

True, bought it back in 2003 out of PA EBay. Leads me to believe about an accident. Vin and fender tag all say true 72 u code rallye. Unfortunately when my now late father and I restored the car back in 06 the body shop removed the fender tag, which I still have it’s just lost in my house somewhere

Hmm, you think the set up was with doors? I’ve tried and had a good Mopar mechanic get them as close to norm as possible. Goal is hideaways at some point in future

I found this hood some years back when I was a younger kid. Car came with a flat hood. Any clue as to how it’s a 73? When I put the eldebrock intake on I needed the clearance, plus I liked the look. Thanks

I’ve been through the simple stuff, it’s a true uCode 72 rallye. But if some of the body has been fooled around with is my question

Hello all, had this car for 21 years and have been enjoying it on and off. At a point in life now I can devote a little more time. This regards the front clip. When I bought the car long ago it had 73-74 grilles and about a year or two ago swapped in correct 71-2 grilles but fit funny. The car...

Hello all, need help in ordering a new torque converter. ‘72 rallye 440 charger, 727 Purple cam, 3.23 gears (that I may swap to 3.55 with sure grip in future) and 275/60s in the rear. What do you guys recommend for a stall? It’s mostly a cruiser but I do like some get up and go action on the...
