    I'm new to B Body wagons - as this one is my first. I assume that this rear bumper on my car is a sedan bumper that the previous owner then cut holes into to allow the tailgate hinges to stick through? The holes are flame cut, and then some rubber pads just kind of covering the holes. Surely...
