That looks like the intermediate harness that sits between the little console harness and the kick panel. You do need that if you don't already have it. The yellow wire on that intermediate harness connects to the driver side door jamb switch wiring. It should be on your m&h harness. That...

would anyone have video for door weatherstrip install on B body? I searched the web but nothing. I didnt remove mine and bought new but the piece that screws on makes no sense. I do not habe my windows or vent so maybe thats why it looks different
