I just put a set of Doug's D452 headers on my Charger yesterday along with a set of Edelbrock RPM heads
The fit is perfect! I have never installed...

iIt's typical, The old seals stick the housing to the car
Also the studs bind in the car if you remove the tail light on any kind of an angle
I used Rust-Oleum bright reflective metallic paint[ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I used Cornell Dubilier 940C20S47K-F
Worked very well
I ran the M1 when they first came out
However on my street car I preferred the Torker II
Not a lot of difference but the M1 ended up on my bracket...

set the headers in the car and lay them back on the fenders
Then install the engine
The headers will be in place and much easier to bolt up
