my car (72 340 Roadrunner) dies every time it gets any heat in it at all. i drove it to work last night and it was idling while i waited for a coworker and it died not 2 miles away at a stop sign, her house, and my driveway. PLEASE help before it goes on Craigslist.
my 72 Roadrunnner wants to keep dying anytime i have the lights on or use the turn signals. It even effects the car so much you can hear it bog the motor down too when the signals actually flash. any ideas?
I'm no mechanic so please dont laugh me out of the building but how do i change the fuel filter under the hood? i can see it and get to it just fine but how do i keep the gas from leaking out? Is there anything else i need to worry about?
I am so glad i found this place. I hope i fit in and make new friends. I have always loved Mopars and finally got a classic on Nov 5th last year after owning 2 dakota R/Ts.
I now have a numbers matching 72 Plymouth Road Runner 340. She isn't perfect but for the most part she is in good shape...
