Mystery solved. Apparently I had a sent that were moulded incorrectly. They sent another set and they fill really good.

I'm having trouble getting my roof rail weatherstrip to fit properly. I'm using metro moulded parts. Does anyone have another brand recommendation that worked well for them? Mine has an issue near the bottom of the post. It stays folded over and the window goes behind it when rolling it up.

Engine is not over heating as the gauge slowly sweeps full over as soon as you turn the key to run. Even when cold. All other gauges work fine.

So test beyond the way I did above? I'm going to replace it anyway. Easy, cheap, just don't have one right now.

I might have it figured out. Might have had a feature connected when the dash was restored. My car didn't have the feature. I disconnected it and all seems to work. I'm going to secure everything and make sure it still works. Windshield is next!

Does anyone know where the remote mirror adjustment control mounts to the door on driver side? I'm not sure if my project car had one but as Im reassembling it, I bought one. I mounted the mirror but can't figure out where the cable end goes. I'm wondering if the door wasn't drilled for one...

Does anyone know what goes on the exterior, below the pop out windows, and where to get it? Must be some kind of trim but I can't seem to even find a good picture.
