I had a brand new pump leak from the reservoir to pump seal. The reservoir didn't seem to be square to the pump so I swapped one from a used pump which was better. It was fine for a while but is now leaking again. At this point I think I'm going to just get another pump before spring.

Sometimes the bracket to the bellhousing is bent and won't allow the tube to seat properly. So seat it properly then bend the bracket to keep it there.

Where's the fuel in the sight glass on the fuel bowls? I'd check your needle and seat on the carb and clean with carb cleaner while they are out. I bet something got stuck in there with all the changes.
I flush and blow out the lines before installation to make sure they are clean.

It's not that bad, just make sure you know how to loosen off the torsion bars and have a tool to remove the bars without damaging them(unless scrapping the bars). Also use the Bergman coupler instead of the Borgeson one.
I have the QA1 front end kit, Borgeson box and PST 1.03 bars. Very happy with everything and there is more than enough caster built into their UCAs so adjustable ones shouldn't be necessary if just a driver.
