The car is finally a “roller”

First time the Rearend and Wheels have been under the car at the same time. The Rearend wasn’t the size I wanted after I had originally bought it years ago. So a few years back I did a lot of math and had it re done. Glad to finally see my work came out tits.

While the car was in storage I even had my first kid. Here’s Orion.. He’ll be the one to inherit the car after I’m long gone (hopefully I finish it before then lol!) Time flys!

Thanks it’s been a rough ride. But I imagine that first drive will make it all worth it. The car probably had more in storage bills then the whole car so far but was happy it had a nice place to rest for awhile. After getting these frame connectors all welded in I’m going to have my buddy help...

Well the car sat in storage for almost 2 years. Got it back in the garage a month or so and back at it. Put the gen3 on the back burner and picked up this 440 with the whole 4 speed setup for super cheap off a buddy. Doing the frame connectors right now as well. Can’t believe I’ve had this car...

Machine shop time

Got my Gen3 Hemi today . Pulled it out and took the heads off (doing newer head swap) 80$ short block

Got the car out of the garage

It’s ok. Mostly just furniture and all the kitchen stuff burned. Already got all the new stuff with the insurance money and have 10k left over for mister roadrunner. We have sense named the car 9 life’s. Because all the stuff it’s been through and it’s still here. Escaped being a parts car...

But the car survived! Now I have to get it out of the garage so that means it’s time for the front to go together the car will be living with me at my friends house in his garage where Work will continue on it. Hoping to maybe drive it out of his garage by the time it’s ready to go back to my house

I would say the needle scaler is the best damn tool I’ve ever used. Taking that undercoating off any other way is ridiculous. This thing blasts it off in minutes where other ways takes hours lol. It’s just loud as hell. Just a harbor freight one. Works great

Started on the passenger side now. Gonna get this all done and then do the finishing stuff to both after. Still waiting on my Dana60 to get here . Can’t wait
