Beautifully restored in 2013, this car was gone over top to bottom and bumper to bumper. Completely stripped and gutted and then sandblasted and readied for paint, a gorgeous turquoise metallic. Bumpers, trim and front grille are powder coated satin black for a unique aggressive stance. The...
I have just replaced my A/C Heater switch that I purchased from Stephens Performance (part # 3895790) but the buttons don't work as they should.
Compressor comes on when you push the a/c button but fan doesn't come on, when you push Max a/c the fan comes on but the compressor turns off.
I saw...
Does anybody know the configuration of the console latch on the '66? I found mine in the bottom of the console this morning and could not figure out how to re-install it or what keeps the chrome button staying in place, it's just loose in the hole.
Since your question was "how much does it cost?" and nobody has answered that I'll do my best. Providing you have the dash and gauges and headlight motors, you're going to be in about 2K. $500 to restore the headlight motors(Topher the Motorman did mine, he can be reached at 980-329-5938). The...
I was recently at the Spring Fling Mopar show in San Fernando Valley with my '66 and several other '66 & '67 owner suggeted I change out my single brake master cylinder to a dual. All said it was a fairly easy swap and the new one could be purchased at Auto Zone. I had no luck with them, Pep...
Glad to see you guys are having fun with this. I didn't know how else to describe this noise but I'll give it another shot.
The button that you depress to change gears on the automatic shifter is rattling against it's housing making a ringing bell sound. The housing is the chrome ''grip'' of...
You can find several of your parts at Classic Industries (classicindustries.com). Legendary Interiors has your seats but does not have door panels. I bought my taillights from these guys http://www.beaparts.com/ I've also used http://www.rtspecialties.net/, http://www.mrmoparts.net/. Have a chat...
I can see daylight at the end of the tunnel on my '66 charger restoration but I'm still looking for one more thing....(just realized how rediculous that sounded, there' always one more thing).
The clips that hold the front hood lip molding. I've been on every mopar site I can find but nobody...

I have the service manual for the "66 Coronet and Dart that has a Charger chapter in the back. It is a help sometimes but wish i had a complete book on the Charger. Where did you find the one on CD and does it just cover the Charger?
I'd be interested in the radio and the A/C control knobs. Don't see it in the pics you sent but i'd also be interested in the trim that bolts on to the front of the hood, the "C" moulding around the headlights and the moulding below the grille. If the interior is black i need the passenger side...
I disassembled the front of my '66 Charger, took out the grille, parking and headlight bezels. The chrome on the front of these is in pretty good shape but the black is faded and dull. My thought was Black semi gloss with an artist brush to get between the ribs but that seems rather time...

Pulled out the Headlight and Parking light from the front of my '66 Charger, trying to get to the C moulding that surround the grille. I can't see how these mouldings attach. Anyone have any advise on the removal process?
Looking for a trunk deck lid in good shape. Also looking for the chrome trim that surrounds the plywood divider between the back seats and trunk. I'm in Los Angeles.
