There were no "HP" stampings on the 67 motors, just build dates, you'll need to find your cars completed build date and find a motor with a build date of 4 days-2 weeks PRIOR to your cars build date. Ask me how I know? Ive been looking for the "HP" 383 4bbl for my 67 Sat., good news for me...

I'm def NOT an air cleaner expert lol truth be told, I typically run the type of air cleaner that the OP, Robe81, pictured in his post, although, not near as tall as that filter.

Negative, That air cleaner in your orig post is not the correct air cleaner, period. A non-AG RR would have an air cleaner similar to this;

More is better. A/C cars had small pulleys so it would spin the fan, pump, etc faster (because of A/C) Non-A/C cars have larger pulleys and more impellers, typically, more impellers equal more flow.
