The rear suspension from a coil springs setup off a mid 60's 1/2 ton Chevy truck would be the direction I would go takes a lot of beating and the geometry can be set up better or adjusted to compensate for bent and twisted body over a leaf spring set up... or a late 60 caddy or Buick ... helps...

..... send your cluster to bobs speedometer fir a test and have the amp meter soddered once you have a cross between hot and ground don't chance anything... check out the bulk head connection ... go through the entire wiring ... do the common up grades from mad electronic and listed here.. relay...

Match the kit to the engine.. poly squeaky but is better ask before you buy the rims and modification and limitations... I use there bars and steering parts energy suspension bushing set.
The only extra chrome is where the top terminates on the rear roof support.. most of these cars had vinalntops because they hide defects in the body.
